ABOUT THE ARTIST

Eva Beltran works across painting and sculpture, investigating landscape through geology, materiality and process. 

​

In 2026, she began developing parallel bodies of work in panting and stone sculpture inspired by the raw Australian landscape. 

​

Beltran's work has been recognised through selection in local and national art prizes,  including the Glover Art Prize; the Paddington Art Prize; the Mosman Art Prize and the Kilgour Art Prize. Most recently she was a finalist in the Pro Hart Outback Prize and the Heysen Prize for Landscape.  

​

Beltran turned to a full-time art practice in 2016 after a career in corporate communications. She has since developed a multidisciplinary practice exhibiting regularly in solo and group exhibitions across Australia. Her work is held in private collections in Australia and overseas.
